Municipal Planning Tribunal definition

Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;
Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal referred to in section 114; ‘municipal spatial development framework’ means the municipal spatial development framework adopted by the City in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;
Municipal Planning Tribunal means a Municipal Planning Tribunal referred to in Chapter 6 of SPLUMA;
