CFM Service Program. All off-wing work required on an Engine to restore the Engine to Serviceable condition in accordance with the Repair Specification, the Workscope and the terms of this Service Agreement, including Supplemental Services.

  • Network Service Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission, as a provider of network service to PacifiCorp under the Tariff.

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.
