Certified Cost to Complete definition

Certified Cost to Complete means the value of the Work remaining to be performed under the Construction Contract following the last day of the agreed monthly payment period ending immediately prior to the Final Reimbursement Payment Date as certified to Hospital by the Consultant and agreed to by Project Co and Contractor.
Certified Cost to Complete means the value of the Work remaining to be performed under the Construction Contract following the last day of the agreed monthly payment period ending immediately prior to the Reimbursement Payment Date as certified to Hospital by the Consultant (after having consulted with Project Co and Contractor and acting in the manner described in, and subject to, GC 2.2.6 of the Construction Contract), provided that for greater certainty, the Certified Cost to Complete shall not include any amount in respect of Minor Deficiencies (as provided in GC 5.5.8 of the Construction Contract) to the extent that such amount is included in the Hospital Holdback.
Certified Cost to Complete has the meaning given to it in the Limited Assignment of Construction Contract.

  • Hospital shall pay the Certified Cost to Complete to the Contractor or as otherwise directed by Contractor and shall not accept any re-direction without the consent of the Person to whom payment is directed.

  • Indemnified Costs has the meaning specified in Section 8.05(a).

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
