Cellular Mobile Telephone Service Provider definition

Cellular Mobile Telephone Service Provider means a licensee authorized to provide Cellular Mobile Telephone Service under a licence granted under section 4 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885), in a specified service area;
Cellular Mobile Telephone Service Provider means a Cellular Mobile Telephone Service provider who has been granted a licence under section 4 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885) and who provides Cellular Mobile Telephone Service in a specified service area in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence;
