CDFS definition

CDFS means the Company’s business segment described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K and referred to as the “corporate distribution facilities services” or “CDFS” segment (or successor descriptions).

  • Borrower as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Payee means a natural or legal person who is the intended recipient of funds which have been the subject of a payment transaction;

  • Senior Lender means each holder of a Senior Note.

  • Postpetition means arising or accruing on or after the Petition Date and before the Effective Date.
