Program Agent definition

Program Agent means Citicorp North America, Inc., as Program Agent under the Purchase Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Program Agent means the agent appointed by the Company from time to time to administer the Purchase Program.

Program Agent means the program agent under the RIPA, which as of the date of this Agreement is Citicorp North America, Inc.
