Borrower shall deliver to Lender transaction reports and schedules of collections, as provided in the Schedule, on Lender's standard forms ; provided, however, that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s failure to execute and deliver the same shall not affect or limit ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s security interest and other rights in all of Borrower's Accounts, nor shall Lender's failure to advance or lend against a specific Account affect or limit ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s security interest and other rights therein .
Except as otherwise expressly provided herein and except with respect to principal of and interest on Revolving B Swing Line Loans and Loans denominated in an Alternative Currency, all payments by the Borrowers hereunder shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the account 14789454v8 of the respective Lenders to which such payment is owed, at the Administrative Agent’s Office in Dollars and in Same Day Funds not later than 2:00 p.m. on the date specified herein.
All payments to be made by the Borrowers shall be made free and clear of and without condition or deduction for any counterclaim, defense, recoupment or setoff.
If Borrower fails to provide or pay for any insurance, Lender may, but is not obligated to, obtain the same at Borrower's expense .
At reasonable times, and on one Business Day’s notice, Lender, or its agents, shall have the right to inspect the Collateral, and the right to audit and copy Borrower's books and records.
