CD Rate Interest Period definition

CD Rate Interest Period means, for each CD Loan, the period commencing on the date the CD Loan is made and ending thirty (30), sixty (60), ninety (90), one hundred eighty (180), two hundred seventy (270), or three hundred sixty (360) days thereafter, or any other period as mutually agreed upon, but never greater than 360 days, as requested by the Borrower pursuant to a Notice of Borrowing.
CD Rate Interest Period means, for each CD Loan, the period commencing on the date the CD Loan is made and ending thirty (30), sixty (60), ninety (90), or one hundred eighty (180) days thereafter, or any other period as mutually agreed upon, but in no event ending later than the last day of the Availability Period, as requested by the Borrower pursuant to a Notice of Borrowing.
