CATP Date definition

CATP Date means, for any Satellite, the date of the CATP applicable to such Satellite.

  • The CATP Date for each Additional Satellite must be in accordance with Article 4 of the Master Procurement Agreement.

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable.   • Step-Up Date The first Distribution Date following the first Distribution Date on which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Mortgage Loans, and properties acquired in respect thereof, remaining in the Trust Fund has been reduced to less than or equal to 10% of the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;

  • Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Long Stop Date shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 5.4(ii);

  • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the date specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Break Date means [Insert date or dates]1 [or any date falling after that date] [or the day before any Rent Day after that date] [or any [fifth] anniversary of that date] [as specified in the Tenant's formal notice given under Clause 7.1];]2

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.

  • Investment Start Date : means 21 November 2014, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Startup Date The day designated as such pursuant to Article X hereof.

  • Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.
