Opening Date definition

Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

Opening Date means the date on which the hotel redevelopment is certified by the Minister to be complete.

Examples of Opening Date in a sentence

• No earlier than 30 days before the Opening Date and only with our written consent, install permanent Hotel signs meeting our standards bearing the Brand Mark and the designated logo.

• If the Opening Date occurs in accordance with this Agreement, subject to Section 20(k), and subject to the terms of the Incentive Promissory Note that you will execute at the time of signing this Agreement, we will lend to you, within 30 days after the Opening Date, an additional amount equal to the product of $14,706.00 multiplied by the number of Sleeping Rooms (however, such product shall not exceed $3,000,000.00).

• Notify us in writing at least 30 days before the Opening Date so that we can inspect, and if we reasonably determine it to be appropriate, authorize you to begin operating the Hotel under the Brand Mark and this Agreement.

• You must send us, by no later than Construction Start and/or the Opening Date, as applicable, certificates of insurance, endorsements, declarations and/or other documents requested by us, indicating your property code, the Hotel name and address, and proof that you have purchased the required insurance coverage and the Additional Insureds endorsement has been accepted by your insurance carrier.

• Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, the Remaining Months shall in no event exceed the number of months remaining in the Term, and the liquidated damages due under this Section 10(d)(2) shall not be less than $5,550,000.00 if the Agreement is terminated within the first 3 years following the Opening Date.

More Definitions of Opening Date

Opening Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Disbursement Agreement.

Opening Date means, with respect to each store location, the date determined by the Sponsor to be the opening date of such location in accordance with its standard practice, as notified to the Servicer in accordance with the terms hereof.

Opening Date means the date on which we authorize you to open the Facility for business identified by the Marks and using the System.
