ZERO DATE definition

ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER or date of signing of CONTRACT whichever is earliest and shall be considered as ‘Effective date of the Contract’.
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (LOA) or issue of WORK ORDER/DETAILED LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, whichever is earlier.

  • Within fifteen (15) days of the ZERO DATE, CONTRACTOR shall provide OWNER with a Bank Guarantee as per proforma given in SCHEDULE-L hereof, from a Nationalized Bank in India for a sum calculated at ten (10) percent of the initial Contract Price, towards security for due and faithful performance of CONTRACTOR.
