ZERO DATE definition

ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER or date of signing of CONTRACT whichever is earliest and shall be considered as ‘Effective date of the Contract’.
