Franchisor means Marriott International, Inc.
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.
New Franchise Agreement means the franchise license agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Franchisor, granting to Buyer a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand on and after the Closing Date.
Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
Existing Franchise Agreement means that certain franchise license agreement between the Seller and the Franchisor, granting to Seller a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand.
Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
Owner/operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).
airport operator A natural or legal person authorized to manage or operate an airport. “Airport Tax” It is the amount charged to a Passenger for the use of the airport facilities that can be collected by THE CARRIER with prior authorization, either on the ticket or at each airport, and must be paid by the Passenger. “Airway Ticket or Ticket” (GENERAL DEFINITION). It is the document issued by THE CARRIER or its Authorized Agent as written proof of the transportation agreement. The term that will be used in this Agreement is ticket.
Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
Franchise Agreement or “Agreement” shall mean this Agreement and any amendments or modifications hereto.
Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.
Marriott means Marriott International, Inc.
Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreements between a Hotel Management Company and Lessee and/or Landlord, as applicable, as such management agreements are amended from time to time for the Hotel.
Existing Manager means THR Property Management L.P.
Reseller means an entity authorized by Microsoft to resell Licenses under this program and engaged by an Enrolled Affiliate to provide pre- and post-transaction assistance related to this agreement;
Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.
brand owner means a person or company who sells any commodity under a registered brand label ;
Dealer-operator means the individual who works at the established place of business of a dealer
