  • The provisions of this Section establish the procedures that shall be used by the DOE, EPA, and SCDHEC to provide the Parties with appropriate notice, review, comment, and response to comment s regarding RFI/RI and CMS/FS, and CM/RD and CA/RA document s, specified herein as either primary or secon dary documents.
