MOI definition

MOI means the CID NPC’s Memorandum of Incorporation (including the schedules attached thereto), adopted in terms of section 15 of the Companies Act;
MOI means the Memorandum of Incorporation of the Company, as contained in this document, as duly amended from time to time;
