Capital Firm Scheme Details means in respect of each Capital Firm Scheme (whether comprised within the Original Approved Capital Bid or otherwise) the descriptive and other details set out in IMS and as accepted by Homes England through IMS, as the same may be varied, supplemented or updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • HKEx means Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited;

  • EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and

  • Sukuk means a type of Islamic bond that is backed by assets of the issuer that earn profit or rent.

  • Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.

  • Target Audience means users on the Criteo Network who will be targeted with relevant performance advertising banners based on the Criteo Technology.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
