Capacity Sales Charge definition

Capacity Sales Charge means the monthly amount to be paid by T&D to Seller, which shall equal _____________________________________________________________.
Capacity Sales Charge means the monthly amount to be paid by GridSolar to Seller, which shall equal the amount set forth in Schedule B, attached hereto.

Examples of Capacity Sales Charge in a sentence

  • In consideration for the transfer of the Contract Quantity of Capacity and the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy to the T&D hereunder, the T&D shall pay to Seller, each month during the Term hereof, the Capacity Sales Charge and Associated Energy Sales Charge for Capacity and/or Associated Energy actually provided by Seller under this Agreement.

  • With the prior consent of a hospitalized military patient, the Red Cross will obtain his medical or social history to aid Army medical officers in their treatment.

  • In consideration for the transfer of Capacity [and Associated Energy] to the T&D hereunder, the T&D agrees to pay to Seller, each month during the Term hereof, the Capacity Sales Charge [and Associated Energy Sales Charge] for capacity and/or associated energy actually provided by Seller under this Agreement.

  • The billing of the Capacity Sales Charge shall be by invoice sent to T&D by Seller on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month.

  • Universities must have regard to public sector pay policy set by Scottish Ministers.

  • Foundational to the effective implementation of these controls is the establishment of the complementary passive measures described in the previous section.

Related to Capacity Sales Charge

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Deferred Sales Charge means the "deferred sales fee" as described in the Prospectus.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Monthly Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(a).

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • reduction week means a period of seven consecutive days beginning with a Monday and ending with a Sunday;

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.
