Bylaw Officer definition

Bylaw Officer means a Bylaw Enforcement Officer appointed under section 555(1) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26 and in the execution of enforcement duties, responsible for the preservation and maintenance of the public peace.
Bylaw Officer means a Bylaw Enforcement Officer appointed by council to enforce its bylaws or a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or Municipal Police.

Bylaw Officer means an employee of the Town who has been appointed to the position of Bylaw Enforcement Officer pursuant to the Bylaw Enforcement Officers Bylaw;
Bylaw Officer means any duly appointed Bylaw Enforcement Officer of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo or any member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police;
