Plan of correction means a home health agency’s written response to findings of regulatory non- compliance. Plans must adhere to the format specified by the licensing agency, must include acceptable timeframes in which deficiencies will be corrected and must be approved by the licensing agency.
Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.
Annexing area means an area that is annexed into a county, city, or town.
Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.
Calibration means the determination of (1) the response or reading of an instrument relative to a series of known radiation values over the range of the instrument, or (2) the strength of a source of radiation relative to a standard.
Validation as used in WAC 222-20-016, means the department's agreement that a small forest landowner has correctly identified and classified resources, and satisfactorily completed a roads assessment for the geographic area described in Step 1 of a long-term application.
Correction as used in this clause, means the elimination of a defect.
Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.
Ped means a unit of soil structure, such as an aggregate, crumb, prism, block, or granule formed by natural processes.

Rework and “Reworking” means subjecting a Product to one or more processing steps that are different from the established Manufacturing Process.
Rear fog lamp means the lamp used to make the vehicle more easily visible from the rear in dense fog;
Dismantle means to take apart or remove any component, device or piece of equipment that is bolted, screwed, or fastened by other means and that would not be dismantled by a homeowner in the course of normal household maintenance
Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. Isolation means a behavior management technique in which a student is placed alone in an enclosed space from which the student is not prevented from leaving.
Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.
Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;
Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;
water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;
Casing means a pipe or tubing of appropriate material, of varying diameter and weight, lowered into a borehole during or after drilling in order to support the sides of the hole and thus prevent the walls from caving, to prevent loss of drilling mud into porous ground, or to prevent water, gas, or other fluid from entering or leaving the hole.
Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
Reconditioned means restored to the original normal operating condition by readjustments and material replacement.
Freezing or “seizure” shall mean temporarily prohibiting the transfer, conversion, disposition or movement of property or temporarily assuming custody or control of property on the basis of an order issued by a court or other competent authority;
Toileting means getting to and from the toilet, getting on and off the toilet, and performing associated personal hygiene.
Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.
Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.
