Buyer Group Companies definition

Buyer Group Companies means, collectively, the Buyer and its Affiliates, and each an “Buyer Group Company.”
Buyer Group Companies has the meaning given to that term in the Co-ordination Agreement;

  • The Buyer Group Companies have not engaged in any transaction, maintained any bank account, or used any corporate funds in connection with their business, except as reflected in their normally maintained books and records.
