Buyer Group definition

Buyer Group means Buyer and its Affiliates together with its and their members, partners, officers, directors, agents, representatives, consultants and employees.

Buyer Group has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.

• Subject to the other terms of this Agreement, Seller Group Indemnitees and Buyer Group Indemnitees shall endeavor to cooperate with Buyer and Seller, respectively, in matters relating to indemnification under this Agreement.

Buyer Group means the Buyer and its Affiliates from time to time;
