Business Card Product means an RBC Royal Bank business card product, including the RBC Avion Visa Infinite Business (“Avion Visa Infinite Business”), RBC Avion Visa Business (“Avion Visa Business”), RBC Visa Business (“Visa Business”), RBC Visa Business Gold (“Visa Business Gold”), RBC Visa CreditLine for Small Business (“CLSB”) or RBC Business Cash Back Mastercard (“Cash Back Mastercard”) card product. We may change this list at any time;

Examples of Business Card Product in a sentence

  • The Customer must observe the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable, such that the aggregate Debt under all of the Customer Accounts, if more than one, and the Business Card Product account(s), if any, must not exceed the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable.

  • The Card Facility Credit Limit represents the amount of maximum credit available for all Customer Accounts and Business Card Product account(s), collectively.

  • Any increase to one or more Customer Account Credit Limit(s) is possible as long as the sum of all Customer Account Credit Limits and Business Card Product account(s) credit limits remains less than, or equal to, the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable.

  • The Customer may request an increase to one or more Customer Account Credit Limits by contacting Royal Bank, as long as the sum of all Customer Account Credit Limits and Business Card Product account credit limits remains less than, or equal to, the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable.

  • If your Business Card Product allows Cardholders to earn RBC Rewards® points, which can be redeemed for merchandise, travel and other rewards, you acknowledge that your participation, and the Cardholders acknowledge that their participation (where applicable), in the RBC Rewards program is subject to the RBC Rewards Terms and Conditions, which are available for review at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • If you were not required to sign the Agreement, because you applied for a Business Card Product digitally or orally, the signature, activation or use of a Card or the associated Card Information by any Cardholder on the Account confirms that you (a) have received and read the Agreement, (b) agree to and accept all of its terms, (c) consent to being provided with the Card(s), and (d) request the benefits and services that are automatically provided with the Business Card Product, effective as of that date.

  • If you need help or have questions about your Business Card Product, your Account or your Card(s), please call us toll-free at 1-800 ROYAL® 1-2 (0-000-000-0000) during regular business hours.

  • When you applied for the Business Card Product, you indicated whether you wanted us to communicate with you in English or French.

  • If your Business Card Product type is discontinued or is no longer offered by us for any reason, you agree that we may change your Business Card Product for another type of Business Card Product, which will continue to be governed by the terms set out in this Agreement, and send replacement Cards to Cardholders.

Related to Business Card Product

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Business Products means all products and services developed (including products and services for which development is ongoing), manufactured, made commercially available, marketed, distributed, sold, provided, imported for resale or licensed out by or on behalf of the Business or a Company since its inception.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Mercury-added product means a product or product component that contains mercury or a mercury compound that was intentionally added;

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
