Examples of Building System Application in a sentence

  • Prior to the submission of the Building System Application by the Owner, Creative Energy will respond to the reasonable inquiries of the Owner in respect of the Design Guide in order to assist the Owner in ensuring that the specifications and design for each Building System are compatible with the Design Guide.

  • The Owner acknowledges and agrees that Creative Energy may make amendments to the Design Guide prior to the submission by the Owner of the Building System Application, and Creative Energy will provide prompt notice to the Owner of any such amendments.

  • Except as may be agreed by the Parties in writing, the Design Guide attached hereto as Schedule B will not be amended after the Owner submits the Building System Application to Creative Energy.

  • The Owner will, at its own cost and expense, develop the Project in accordance with applicable zoning, applicable Laws (including without limitation the Zoning and Building Regulations), the Design Guide, the Final Building System Application and this Agreement.

  • Prior to the approval of the Building System Application pursuant to Section 3.2(e), Creative Energy will provide details to the Owner of the proposed Project Infrastructure, including the location thereof and the number of Energy Transfer Stations to be constructed within the Project, for the approval of the Owner, acting reasonably.

  • The Owner will construct and install each Building System in accordance with the Final Building System Application.

  • The Owner, at its sole cost and expense, will promptly rectify any components of the Building Systems which are identified by the Owner’s Engineer or Creative Energy, acting reasonably, as being non-compliant with the Final Building System Application.

  • The Owner will, at its own cost and expense, develop the Project in accordance with applicable zoning, applicable Laws (including without limitation the Connection Bylaw and the Zoning and Building Regulations), the Design Guide, the final Building System Application approved pursuant to Section 3.1(e) and this Agreement.

  • Prior to the approval of the Building System Application pursuant to Section 3.2(e), Creative Energy will provide details to the Owner of the proposed Project‌ Infrastructure, including the location thereof and the number of Energy Transfer Stations to be constructed within the Project, for the approval of the Owner, acting reasonably.

  • Prior to the approval of the final Building System Application pursuant to Section 3.1(e), Creative Energy will provide details to the Owner of the proposed number and location of the Energy Transfer Stations to be constructed within the Project for the approval of the Owner, acting reasonably.

Related to Building System Application

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Building Services Definitions

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • drainage work means any construction or reconstruction of or any alteration or addition to, or any work done in connection with a drainage installation but shall not include any work undertaken solely for purposes of repair or maintenance;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

Kitchen: Granite platform, ceramic tiles dado upto 2’ height, Stainless Steel sink in Kitchen, Aquaguard point, Connection for washing machine in wash area.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2
