Buffalo Lake Land definition

Buffalo Lake Land means the site upon which the Buffalo Lake Plant is installed, together with any fixtures and civil works constructed thereon and any other easements, licenses and other real property rights and interests required for the operation of such Plant, including the land referred to in the Buffalo Lake Grain Facility Lease.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Paragraph I above and which is more fully and particularly described in the First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Parcel of land means the aggregate of one or more areas of land described in a certificate of title or described in a certificate of title by reference to a plan filed or registered in a land titles office;

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • State land means land which vests in the national or a provincial government, and includes land below the high water mark and the Admiralty Reserve, but excludes land belonging to a local authority;

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and
