Booking Channels means all of the Expedia Booking Channels, the Canada Booking Channels, the Hotwire Booking Channels, the ECT Booking Channels, the Carrentals Booking Channels and the Hotwire Opaque Booking Channels.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.

  • Fields of Use means products for use on "General Purpose Desktop Computers and Servers" meaning computers, including desktop and laptop computers, or servers, used for general computing functions under end user control (such as but not specifically limited to email, general purpose Internet browsing, and office suite productivity tools). Products that include software in systems and solutions that provide dedicated functionality (other than as mentioned above) or designed for use in embedded or function-specific software applications, for example but not limited to: software embedded in or bundled with industrial control systems, wireless mobile telephones, wireless handheld devices, kiosks, TV/STB, Blu-ray Disc devices, telematics and network control switching equipment, printers and storage management systems, and other related systems are excluded from this definition.

  • Activation or "Activated" shall mean the date on which (i) with respect to the Limited Partnership, the Limited Partnership is formed and (ii) with respect to the Production Partnership, the Limited Partnership shall have made its capital contribution to the Production Partnership.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.
