BIT&GY. Technology" shall mean any Information and Technology, Patent or Improvement owned or Controlled by BIT&GY of any Affiliate of B1T&GY and which do not result or arise from the services of "BIT&GY" in relation to the Revive Formula.

  • All validly assigned rights of the Parties hereunder shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the permitted assigns of BHL or BIT&GY, as the case may be.
