Bitcoin Holdings definition

Bitcoin Holdings means, at any time, the aggregate U.S. Dollar value of the Trust’s bitcoin less the Trust’s liabilities (including estimated accrued but unpaid fees and expenses), as calculated according to Section 8.4.

Examples of Bitcoin Holdings in a sentence

  • At this time, the Trust does not expect to take any Incidental Rights or IR Virtual Currency it may hold into account for the purposes of determining the Bitcoin Holdings or the Bitcoin Holdings per Share.
