CFC Holding Company definition

CFC Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that owns no material assets (directly or indirectly) other than Equity Interests and debt of one or more CFCs or Domestic Subsidiaries that are themselves CFC Holding Companies.
CFC Holding Company means a Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower substantially all of the assets of which consist of equity or debt of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs.
CFC Holding Company means each Domestic Subsidiary substantially all of the assets of which consist of Capital Stock of one or more (a) CFCs or (b) Persons described in this definition.
