Fiat Currency definition

Fiat Currency means certain supported fiat currencies, such as U.S. Dollars.
Fiat Currency means US Dollar, or any other government-issued currency designated as legal tender in its country of issuance through government decree, regulation, or law.

  • Client agrees that the amount of any such interest or earnings attributable to such Fiat Currency in Customer Omnibus Accounts shall be retained by Custodian as additional consideration for its Services, and nothing in this Agreement entitles Client to any portion of such interest or earnings.
