BIM Protocol means the agreed building information modelling protocol set out in Section 9 of Schedule Part 6 (Construction Matters);
BIM Protocol means the building information model protocol developed by the Design-Builder collaboratively with Owner and incorporated into the Agreement as Exhibit H.
