  • Each Message shall identify the sending party and receiving party and its authenticity shall be verified by the means specified in the Adopted Protocol.

In these Rules, references to "electronic" include a reference to mechanical, electromechanical, optical, electro-chemical or other medium for the storage or conveyance of transmitted Messages. 1.5. These Rules shall apply to all Messages between Bolloré Logistics and its Customers using the Adopted Protocol in relation to the provision by Bolloré Logistics of any Services to which these Conditions apply.
