BCPM LLC Managers definition

BCPM LLC Managers means the two (2) Persons or entities designated in writing Filed and served no later than fourteen days prior to Confirmation pursuant to Section V.C.4 of the Plan to act as managers of BCPM Liquidating LLC in accordance with the terms of the BCPM Liquidating LLC Agreement, one of which is the BCPM LLC Agent, and any successors thereto.
