Bank Stock Option Plan definition

Bank Stock Option Plan means the Albemarle First Bank 1999 Stock Option Plan, as amended.
Bank Stock Option Plan means the Bank’s stock option plan adopted by the Bank Board on December 6, 2006 and subsequently approved by the Bank Stockholders.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.
