Banco de Chile definition

Banco de Chile shall have the meaning set forth in the introduction to this Agreement.
Banco de Chile means Banco de Chile, a banking corporation organized under the laws of Chile, controlled by Quiñenco, through LQIF, and which is a Quiñenco Financial Subsidiary.
Banco de Chile means Banco de Chile, as indicated in the first paragraph hereof and, in addition, it includes any of its wholly owned subsidiary.

  • In connection with the Services provided hereunder, Citi will provide Banco de Chile access, solely for the internal use of Banco de Chile, except as provided in Section 5.8(e), to certain web sites, platforms and other interactive services hosted by or for Citi as set forth on Schedules 2.1(a)(1), 2.1(a)(2) and 2.1(a)(3) (each, a “Citi Hosted Application”) subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 5.8 (the “Citi Terms of Use”).

  • This Agreement, together with all Schedules hereto, the Operating Agreements, any Citi Hosted Application-Specific Agreements and any Banco de Chile Hosted Application-Specific Agreements constitute the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements with respect thereto.

  • These Banco de Chile Terms of Use govern use by Citi, and other users deemed to be acting on its behalf due to use of Passwords issued to Citi (the “Citi Authorized Users”), of the Banco de Chile Hosted Applications, including the Content, products and services provided and/or accessible thereby.

  • Banco de Chile shall require each subgrantee to execute and deliver an agreement respecting access to such Citi Hosted Applications in a form approved in advance by Citi.

  • One or more of the Banco de Chile Hosted Applications may be subject to a client access agreement, system rules, and or/other agreement specific to the use of such Hosted Application(s) (each, a “Banco de Chile Hosted Application-Specific Agreement”).

  • Banco de Chile and its Affiliates may grant Banco de Chile Permitted Customers access to the portions of the Citi Hosted Applications designated by Citi for such purpose and to use the Citi Customer Documentation related thereto.

  • In addition, Banco de Chile shall not enter into any such subgrantee access agreement without the prior approval of Citi in each case.


More Definitions of Banco de Chile

Banco de Chile shall guarantee that overdraft lines and other credit accessory facilities be provided to CMB Clients, with the understanding that if Banco de Chile were to deny such lines or facilities, Citigroup may guarantee, always to the reasonable satisfaction of Banco de Chile, the credit obligations of said client with Banco de Chile, in which case Citigroup shall be entitled to receive 100% of the profits or losses accrued for providing the respective product or service. Banco de Chile shall notify Citigroup of the reason for its refusal to offer such facilities to said client so that Citigroup may take that information into account in its decision to guarantee said obligations. In such cases the parties must agree on a remuneration amount for using Banco de Chile capital. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and despite the granting of a satisfactory guarantee by Citigroup, in no event shall Banco de Chile be bound to provide overdraft lines or facilities, or any other accessory credit facilities, to CMB Clients, if granting them were to infringe upon the internal policies of Banco de Chile (except for credit risk policies) or upon any legal or regulatory standards applicable to Banco de Chile.
Banco de Chile has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Shareholders Agreement.

  • SA means the booklet that describes the Health Care Coverage provided to Enrolled Members. The Subscriber Agreement(s) applicable to the initial Rating Period are listed in Section III.

  • CASA means the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

  • CCCFA means the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.

  • Bait means any salt, mineral, grain, or other feed. Salt or mineral blocks used for normal agricultural practices are not considered bait.
