B Conversion Date means August 15, 2006.
B Conversion Date means the date on which the Series B Preferred Stock converts to Common Stock pursuant to Section 5.1.1.

A holder may exercise the right of conversion by delivering the new senior convertible note to be converted, duly endorsed or assigned as provided in the indenture, to the specified office of a conversion agent, with a completed notice of conversion, together with any funds that may be required as described in the preceding paragraph. The conversion date will be the date on which the new senior convertible notes, the notice of conversion and any required funds have been so delivered.
