AXP Group definition

AXP Group means AXP and each of its Affiliates and Subsidiaries, and any corporation or entity that may become part of such Group from time to time, other than the Ameriprise Group.

  • The members of the Ameriprise Group and the members of the AXP Group shall cooperate and use all reasonable efforts to secure the transfer or issuance of such Consents.
