Contingency means the identified and possible or already occurred fault of an element, including not only the transmission system elements, but also significant grid users and distribution network elements if relevant for the transmission system operational security;
authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;
Authorized Contact is a representative authorized by Customer to request service changes using procedure outlined herein.
Contingency operation means a military operation that results in the call or order to, or retention on, active duty of members of the uniformed services during a war or during a national emergency declared by the President or Congress.
Requisite Amount has the meaning specified in the Spread Account Agreement.
Contingency Reserve means the sum of all assets minus the sum of all liabilities of a health care corporation, as shown in the annual financial statement filed under section 602.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Contingency Fund means a monetary amount that continues month to month, if approved by a case manager, that is set aside in the Independent Choices Program service budget to purchase identified items that substitute for personal assistance.
contingency fee means any payment or other compensation that is contingent upon or is calculated upon the basis of a degree of success in soliciting or obtaining a Government contract or negotiating the whole or any part of its terms;

Inspecting Officer means any officer as mentioned below corresponding to different departments:
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Rejection Event means, in respect of the Benchmark, the relevant competent authority or other relevant official body rejects or refuses or will reject or refuse any application for authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence, approval or inclusion in any official register which, in each case, is required in relation to the Securities, the Benchmark or the administrator or sponsor of the Benchmark under any applicable law or regulation for the Issuer or any other entity to perform its obligations in respect of the Securities.
Authorized Amount means $ , the maximum principal amount of the Funding Loan under this Funding Loan Agreement.
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Authorized Borrower Representative means a person at the time designated and authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower by a written certificate furnished to the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer and containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its Borrower Controlling Entity which certificate may designate one or more alternates.
Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements means Regional Facilities and Necessary Lower Voltage Facilities or Lower Voltage Facilities (as defined in Tariff, Schedule 12) and meet one of the following criteria: (1) cost responsibility is assigned to non-contiguous Zones that are not directly electrically connected; or (2) cost responsibility is assigned to Merchant Transmission Providers that are Responsible Customers.
Catering Officer means a person who is responsible for catering services.
Designated Event with respect to X means that:—
Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Requisite Reserve Amount As of any date with respect to any Series (or Class within such Series), the amount, if any, required to be maintained in the Reserve Account, if any, for such Series or Class as specified in or determined pursuant to the related Supplement.
Equity Conditions Failure means that on any applicable date the Equity Conditions have not been satisfied (or waived in writing by the Holder).

The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.
Authorized inspector means inspectors employed by the authorities responsible for boarding and inspection included in the Commission register and authorized to conduct boarding and inspection activities pursuant to these procedures;
