Requisite Notice definition
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
Requisite Notice means, unless otherwise provided herein, (a) irrevocable written notice to the intended recipient or (b) except with respect to Letter of Credit Actions (which must be in writing), irrevocable telephonic notice to the intended recipient, promptly followed by a written notice to such recipient. Such notices shall be (i) delivered to such recipient at the address or telephone number specified on Schedule 10.2 or as otherwise designated by such recipient by Requisite Notice to Administrative Agent, and (ii) if made by Borrower, given or made by a Responsible Officer of Borrower. Any notice sent by other than hardcopy shall be promptly confirmed by a telephone call to the recipient and, if requested by Administrative Agent, by a manually-signed hardcopy thereof.
Requisite Notice means (a) if you are an officer of the Company, at least six months prior written notice to the Board or (b) otherwise, at least three months prior written notice to the chief executive officer of the Company.

Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of its Pro Rata Share of such amount by Requisite Notice.
