Designated Event definition

Designated Event with respect to X means that:—

Designated Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b)(v).

Designated Event means the occurrence of a Change of Control or a Termination of Trading.

• In the event a Participant consummates the sale of its ownership of FLP 4 Accounts for an amount of at least 50% of such Participant’s Participant Percentage of $[________] million, a Designated Event as described in clause (1) of the definition shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to such Participant.

Designated Event means any Fundamental Change or a Termination of Trading.
