Authorised Phonebanking Service User means the person who is authorised by the customer to operate the Primary Account and the Debit Accounts through telephone and shall include the customer.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
