Phonebanking Service definition

Phonebanking Service means the services offered by the Bank through which an Authorised Phonebanking Service User can utilise to access and/or operate an account holder's account(s) and card(s) and to enjoy such banking and other services as shall be offered thereunder from time to time during the prevailing servicing hours,
Phonebanking Service means the services provided by the Bank to the Customer referred to in Section I Clause 9 which may be utilised by the Authorised Phonebanking Service User through the telephone.

  • The Bank will from time to time determine or specify the scope and features of the Phonebanking Service and to modify, expand or reduce the same at any time and from time to time with or without notice.

  • Where the Cardholder links his/her Card Account for access through the Bank’s Automated Phonebanking Service (“the ATB”) or Personal Internet Banking (“the PIB”), the Cardholder agrees that the respective ATB and PIB Terms and Conditions shall form part of these Card Terms and Conditions.

  • All agreements, terms and conditions governing the respective accounts, cards, services and products offered under or otherwise covered by the Phonebanking Service at any time and from time to time will continue to apply unless otherwise advised by the Bank.

  • Such confirmed exchange rate or interest rate, if accepted by the Authorised Phonebanking Service User through Phonebanking Service, shall be absolutely binding on the Authorised Phonebanking Service User and the Debit Accountholder notwithstanding that a different exchange rate or interest rate might have been quoted by the Bank at the relevant time through other means of communication.

  • All agreements, terms and conditions governing the respective accounts, services and products offered under or otherwise covered by the Phonebanking Service at any time and from time to time will continue to apply unless otherwise advised by the Bank.

  • The Bank is authorised to act on the instructions of each Authorised Phonebanking Service User given by telephone ("telephone instructions").

  • The Bank cannot be held liable in acting on a Telephone Instruction emanating from an Authorised Phonebanking Service User instructing the Bank to transfer funds to his or her personal account (whether or not designated as a Credit Account) and is under no obligation to make any enquires in relation thereto.

  • The Bank may use the PIN to verify the identity of an Authorised Phonebanking Service User when he uses the Phonebanking Service, gives instructions for any transactions or matters relating to the Phonebanking Service, operates any accounts under the same customer name through the Phonebanking Service, or obtains information.

  • If a personal account of the Authorised Phonebanking Service User is designated as a Credit Account, the Customer should be aware that a higher amount can be transferred from the Account to the aforesaid personal account without the Customer’s prior knowledge.

  • The Customer, the Authorised Phonebanking Service Users and the Debit Accountholder agree that the Bank shall not be held responsible to them or any other person for effecting such Telephone Instructions at a later time and the Bank’s decision as to when to effect the said Telephone Instructions shall be final and binding on them.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • financial service means a service of a financial nature, including insurance, and a service incidental or auxiliary to a service of a financial nature;

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
