Examples of Audit Disagreement in a sentence

  • If the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Accounting are unable to resolve the disagreement, it shall then be resolved in the same manner as an Audit Disagreement pursuant to Section 8.03(d).

  • In the event an Audit Disagreement is submitted for resolution by either Party, the Parties shall comply with the following procedures.

  • The Parties shall describe the Audit Disagreement submitted for resolution in writing to the independent certified public accountant within ten (10) days of the unanimous selection or appointment of such independent certified public accountant.
