There shall be no levy on Property Owner’s Association Property and/or Public Property.
Nothing shall be done or kept on or at the Property which will increase the rate of insurance on any Association Property without the approval of the Board, nor shall anything be done or kept on or at the Property which would result in the cancellation of insurance on any Association Property or which would be in violation of any law.
The Maximum Special Tax for each Parcel of Taxable Property Owner’s Association Property or Taxable Public Property shall be equal to the product of the applicable Undeveloped Property Maximum Special Tax per Acre for the applicable Improvement Area times the Acreage of such Parcel.
