Asset Management Business definition

Asset Management Business means the business conducted by those Acquired Companies that are Investment Advisor Subsidiaries or Broker/Dealer Subsidiaries.
Asset Management Business means the business entrusted to the Asset Manager in accordance with Article 2 of this Agreement.
Asset Management Business has the meaning given to such term in the Preamble to this Agreement.
