APPSN Fee Class definition

APPSN Fee Class means those current or former customers of Defendant who were assessed APPSN Fees.

APPSN Fee Class means those credit union members of Defendant who were charged APPSN Fees between June 22, 2014 and the date Preliminary Approval is granted.

APPSN Fee Class means those customers of Defendant who were charged APPSN Fees between January 2012 and the date Preliminary Approval of this Settlement is granted.

Examples of APPSN Fee Class in a sentence

• If applicable, Settlement Class Members may receive payments as members of the APPSN Fee Class and the Retry NSF Fee Class.

• If applicable, Settlement Class Members may receive payments as members of the APPSN Fee Class and the Account Verification Fee Class.

• Of the $2,850,000.00 paid into the Settlement Fund, $2,830,000 (99.3%) is allocated to the APPSN Fee Class and $20,000.00 (.7%) is allocated to the Account Verification Fee Class.

• Of the $4,250,000.00 paid into the Settlement Fund, $2,932,500 (69%) is allocated to the APPSN Fee Class and $1,317,500 (31%) is allocated to the Retry NSF Fee Class.

• If applicable, Settlement Class Members may receive payments as members of the APPSN Fee Class and the Retry Fee Class.

• Plaintiff shall propose and recommend to the Court that the APPSN Fee Class shall be certified for purposes of implementing the terms of the settlement provided for in this Agreement.

• Of the $1,770,000 paid into the Settlement Fund, $1,171,740 (66.2%) is allocated to the APPSN Fee Class and $598,260 (33.8%) is allocated to the Retry NSF Fee Class.

• If you received this notice, then Dollar Bank’s records indicate that you are a member of one or more of the following Settlement Classes: APPSN Fee Class, False Negative Balance Deduction Fee Class, Multiple Fee Class, and Sufficient Funds Fee Class.

• You may be a member of one or more of the Settlement Classes (APPSN Fee Class, False Negative Balance Deduction Fee Class, Multiple Fee Class, and Sufficient Funds Fee Class).

• Class Members of the APPSN Fee Class shall be paid per incurred APPSN Fee calculated as follows: (0.70 of the Net Settlement Fund/Total APPSN Fees) x Total number of APPSN Fees charged to and paid by each APPSN Fee Class member = Individual Payment.

More Definitions of APPSN Fee Class

APPSN Fee Class or “Class Members” shall mean those members of Defendant who were charged APPSN Fees between February 7, 2016 and October 3, 2019.

APPSN Fee Class means all Dollar Bank business Accountholders who were charged APPSN Fees that Dollar Bank did not refund on signature point of sale Debit Card Transactions, where there was a sufficient available balance at the time the transaction was authorized but an insufficient available balance at the time the transaction was presented to Dollar Bank for payment and posted to an Account based on Dollar Bank’s records during the Class Period.

APPSN Fee Class. Those credit union members of Defendant who were charged APPSN Fees between June 22, 2014 and the date 11 Preliminary Approval is granted. 12 Retry NSF Fee Class: Those credit union members of Defendant who were charged Retry NSF Fees between June 22, 2014 and the date 14 Preliminary Approval is granted. 15 Excluded from the settlement classes are Defendant, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and directors, all Class Members who make a timely election to be excluded, and all judges assigned to this litigation and their immediate family members. Certification of the 18 settlement classes is subject to further consideration at the Final Approval Hearing.

APPSN Fee Class means those members of Defendant who are Iowa citizens and were assessed APPSN Fees, which shall mean fees that Defendant charged and did not refund on signature Point of Sale debit card transactions from June 25, 2009 to May 20, 2020, where there was a sufficient available balance at the time the transaction was authorized, but an insufficient available balance at the time the transaction was presented to Defendant for payment and posted to a member’s account.

APPSN Fee Class means those current or former Gate City Account Holders who are North Dakota residents and were assessed APPSN Fees during the Class Period.
