Retry NSF Fee Class definition

Retry NSF Fee Class means those members of Defendant who were charged Retry NSF Fees between June 22, 2014 and the date Preliminary Approval is granted.
Retry NSF Fee Class means those current or former members of Defendant who were assessed Retry NSF Fees during the Class Period.

Examples of Retry NSF Fee Class in a sentence

  • If applicable, Settlement Class Members may receive payments as members of the APPSN Fee Class and the Retry NSF Fee Class.

  • Settlement Class Members of the Retry NSF Fee Class shall be paid per Retry NSF Fee calculated as follows: (0.338 of the Net Settlement Fund/Total Retry NSF Fees) x Total number of Retry NSF Fees charged to and paid by each Retry NSF Fee Class member.

  • Of the $4,250,000.00 paid into the Settlement Fund, $2,932,500 (69%) is allocated to the APPSN Fee Class and $1,317,500 (31%) is allocated to the Retry NSF Fee Class.

  • Of the $1,770,000 paid into the Settlement Fund, $1,171,740 (66.2%) is allocated to the APPSN Fee Class and $598,260 (33.8%) is allocated to the Retry NSF Fee Class.

  • Settlement Class Members of the Retry NSF Fee Class shall be paid per Retry NSF Fee calculated as follows: (0.31 of the Net Settlement Fund/Total Retry NSF Fees) x Total number of Retry NSF Fees charged to and paid by each Retry NSF Fee Class member.

  • Plaintiff shall propose and recommend to the Court that the APPSN Fee Class and the Retry NSF Fee Class be certified for settlement purposes, which classes shall be comprised of the Class Members.

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • asset class means the category of the underlying interest of a derivative and includes, for greater certainty, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, equity and commodity;
