Approved Opportunity definition

Approved Opportunity has the meaning as defined in Section 2 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Approved Opportunity

Approved Opportunity has the meaning as defined in Section 3 of this General T&C.
Approved Opportunity shall be defined as the granting in writing of approval by Seisint for Broker to pursue the sale of Seisint Services to a Prospective Customer, following submission by Broker of an Opportunity Registration Form. In a Small Organization an Approved Opportunity will be deemed to extend to the organization as a whole, while in a Large Organization an Approved Opportunity will be limited and shall only extend to the area of responsibility of Broker's Contact within the Large Organization (whether defined by division, subsidiary, product, affiliate, etc. within such organization).
Approved Opportunity has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(b).

Related to Approved Opportunity

  • Business Opportunity means any commercial, investment or other business opportunity relating to the Business.

  • Non-Regulatory Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of starts or available run hours resulting from (i) the physical equipment limitations of the unit, for up to one year, due to original equipment manufacturer recommendations or insurance carrier restrictions, (ii) a fuel supply limitation, for up to one year, resulting from an event of Catastrophic Force Majeure; and,

  • Investment opportunity means anything, tangible or intangible, that is offered, offered for sale, sold, or traded based wholly or in part on representations, either express or implied, about past, present, or future income, profit, or appreciation.

  • Energy Market Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of available run hours due to limitations imposed on the unit by Applicable Laws and Regulations, and (b) the forecasted future Locational Marginal Price at which the generating unit could run while not violating such limitations. Energy Market Opportunity Cost therefore is the value associated with a specific generating unit’s lost opportunity to produce energy during a higher valued period of time occurring within the same compliance period, which compliance period is determined by the applicable regulatory authority and is reflected in the rules set forth in PJM Manual 15.

  • Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.

  • Opportunity Cost means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. OPSI Advisory Committee:

  • CAISO-Approved Meter means any revenue quality, electric energy measurement meter furnished by Seller, that (a) is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the CAISO’s metering requirements, or, to the extent that the CAISO’s metering requirements do not apply, Prudent Electrical Practices, and (b) includes all of the associated metering transformers and related appurtenances that are required in order to measure the net electric energy output from the Generating Facility.

  • Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.
