Approved Valuer definition

Approved Valuer means a firm of valuers recognized as such by the Income Tax Department and having experience of valuing at least 5 (five) properties exceeding Rs. 100 cr. (Rupees one hundred crore) each in value;
Approved Valuer means, in relation to a Ship, at any time during the Security Period, any of the firms listed in Schedule 8 (List of Approved Valuers) or any other firm or firms of shipbrokers approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders.
Approved Valuer means Arrow Sale and Purchase (UK) Limited, Braemar Seascope Shipping Limited, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd, Fearnleys AS, Clarkson Securities AS, Maersk Broker K/S, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Allied Shipbroking, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and VesselsValue (or any Affiliate of such person through which valuations are commonly issued) and any other firm or firms of independent sale and purchase shipbrokers approved in writing by the Facility Agent, acting with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders.

  • Valuations shall be provided by Approved Valuers in dollars or, if an Approved Valuer is of the view that the relevant type of vessel is generally bought and sold in another currency, in that other currency.

  • The Agent shall respond promptly to any request by the Borrowers, and the Borrowers shall respond promptly to any request by the Agent, for approval of a broker nominated by the Borrowers or, as the case may be, the Agent to become an Approved Valuer.

Approved Valuer means in respect of a Division any person who is independent of the Trustee, experienced in relation to the valuation of Assets of the kind required to be valued, licensed or registered as a valuer in those jurisdictions which require it and is appointed, for the time being, by the Trustee to act in relation to the Division under this Deed.
