Approved Commercial Managers definition

Approved Commercial Managers means, in relation to the Vessel, any one of the following:
Approved Commercial Managers in relation to a Vessel means for the time being Seanergy Management and Fidelity or any other person appointed by the relevant Owner with the prior written consent of the Lender not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, as the commercial manager of the Vessel owned by it, and includes its successors in title;

Related to Approved Commercial Managers

  • Approved Commercial Bank means a commercial bank with a consolidated combined capital and surplus of at least $5,000,000,000.

  • Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Approved company means a company approved by the Minister under clause 17A(1)”;

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.
