Approved Closure Plan definition

Approved Closure Plan means a closure plan that has been approved by the Director. The Approved Closure Plan may be a Closure Plan approved by theDirector as submitted by Defendant, or a closure plan approved by the Director after being submitted by Defendant and modified by the Director.
Approved Closure Plan means the 2012 Closure Plan upon its approval by EPA as described in Paragraphs 21.a and 21.c, or any superseding closure plan as described in Paragraph 21.b, that is approved by EPA and in effect as provided in Paragraph 21.c.

  • Nothing included in or omitted from the Approved Closure Plan of Record shall be construed to mean a waiver of any requirement to comply with RSA 149-M, the Rules, this permit, or other applicable federal, state, district and local permits, ordinances, laws, approvals or conditions relating to the facility.

Approved Closure Plan means the Reclamation and Closure Plan, Keno District Mine Operations, Keno Hill Silver District, Revision 4 dated June 2015, or a revision of this plan, revised as described in section 7.2 of this License and approved in accordance with section 6.0 of this License;

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • Preliminary Approval Date means the date the Preliminary Approval Order is entered by the Court.

  • Final closure means the closure of all hazardous waste management units at the facility in accordance with all applicable closure requirements so that hazardous waste management activities under sections 264 and 265 of this regulation are no longer conducted at the facility unless subject to the provisions in § 262.34.

  • Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c)(i).

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Closed season means all times, manners of taking, and places

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • Initial Closing Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.2 hereof.
