Post-closure plan definition

Post-closure plan means a plan indicating the actions to be taken for the care, maintenance, and monitoring of the Development after closure, that will prevent, mitigate, or minimize the threat to public health and the environment;
Post-closure plan means the plan for post-closure care prepared in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR 265.117 through 40 CFR 265.120.
Post-closure plan means the plan for post-closure care prepared in accordance with the requirements of subparagraphs (7)(h) through (k) of this rule.
